build: update submodules to latest

* src/common.h: Include <inttostr.h> since paxutils no longer does.
(STRINGIFY_BIGINT): New macro, copied from older paxutils.
(UINTMAX_STRSIZE_BOUND): New constant, also from older paxutils.
